NSWRA V COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (20/07/12)

WE WON

A great result this morning was handed down by Justice White which has vindicated the NSWRA stance to fight the Commonweatlh over the tenure on Malabar.

A great thank you must go to all involved in the case particulary John, Rick and the efforts of our office staff and our legal team.

While this is not the end of the matter it does put the NSWRA in a far better position.
